Hello! I'm Maddy and I am blogging from Washington, DC, where I live with my husband and our super cute cat. While I have known how to knit since I was a child, I only really learned to knit in early 2011 when I took some classes at my local yarn store. After learning how to knit in the round and doing some cable, color and lace work, I was hooked.
If you had asked me this time last year whether I would be knitting as much as I do, or thinking about knitting all the time, or listening to knitting podcasts all day, I would have said no way.
